We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will manage a range of client projects and will have the flexibility to work either part-time or full-time from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
- Use project management tools to monitor project performance and schedule adherence.
- Conduct regular check-ins with the project team to assess progress and resolve any issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and monitor project progress continuously.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure all client requirements are being met.
- Prepare and present reports on project status to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our ERP solutions team to evaluate, deploy, and streamline processes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Project Management Certification (PMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in project management and team management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, business mentoring & coaching, finance & grants consulting, and ERP solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
