Equipped with a Baccalaureate in Business Administration, Finance, and Marketing from the Université du Québec en Outaouais, Michel, alongside two partners, launched a chain of restaurants and bars. Through innovative operations and savvy marketing, Michel swiftly grew the business within 2 1/2 years to employ over 250 people and boost revenues to unprecedented levels.

Following this success, Michel’s passion for digital solutions and marketing led him to immerse himself in the world of ERP consulting and digital marketing. Working with renowned clients, including Sirius XM, Michel was instrumental in managing a range of software integration and product development projects, notably in the area of payment wallet apps.

Michel’s exceptional leadership shone brightly during his tenure at Everest Software, where he spearheaded the establishment and operation of six ERP Consulting offices across major U.S. cities including Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Florida, Seattle, and San Francisco. Under his guidance, the company experienced exponential growth, with Michel consulting hundreds, if not thousands, of businesses on ERP solutions.

Michel later joined Ezipin Canada as Director of Sales and Operations. When Michel came on board, the company was generating 8 million dollars per year. However, within eight years under Michel’s leadership, Ezippin’s revenues skyrocketed to an impressive 450 million dollars per year.

Besides his prowess in marketing and ERP, Michel is also skilled in accessing and managing government grants and growth financing, demonstrating an exceptional ability to achieve successful results in grant and financing applications.

Today, Michel leverages his extensive experience to guide Mentoria, offering not only his expertise but also a dedicated team of highly skilled professionals.
